Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made within this window will result in a full refund, which will be processed within 7 working days.
After Dispatch:
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of seafood.
Changes to Orders:
- Modifications or updates to your order can only be made up to 4 hours before dispatch. After this, the order will proceed as confirmed.

- In rare cases where the selected seafood item is unavailable or not up to quality standards, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued.

- If there are discrepancies in the delivery address or contact details, and we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be canceled.
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. For COD orders, customers must provide bank details for the refund.
