If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon verification of the issue.

To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we regret that we cannot accept returns. However, we strive to resolve concerns promptly. Your trust means everything to us, and we are committed to delivering only the best.
