We currently deliver to selected locations within Pune. Please check our delivery area coverage during the checkout process.

Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹500, subject to location.

Delivery Time

• We process and deliver orders within 4 hours of receiving them, depending on your location and seafood availability.
• Same-day delivery is available for select locations on orders placed before 5:00 PM, subject to product availability.

Packaging

• Your seafood is packed in insulated, temperature-controlled containers to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
• We use eco-friendly and food-safe materials for all packaging.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address during the scheduled delivery window.
• In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a reattempt.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a refund or replacement.
